Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, including banquets and special occasions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest needs or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Communicate effectively with servers, cooks, and management to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests.
