Job Overview

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tables are attended to promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or as a server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for patrons.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize duties effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
