We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function and support our teams across all locations.
Position Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our business goals. This role will support employee engagement, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and training across multiple dealership sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Partner with dealership leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws in VT, NH, and NY.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Facilitate training programs and support employee development initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, promoting a positive work culture.
Manage HR metrics and reporting to inform business decisions.
Travel to dealership locations as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multi-site or automotive environment.
Strong knowledge of employment law in VT, NH, and NY.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
