What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Lucky's Trailer Sales, Inc.?
Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at our Colchester, VT location. With over 220 employees across 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Regularly communicate and report to the Service Manager.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Help maintain Peterbilt’s Platinum Service Center status.
Keep customers informed about their truck’s status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays.
Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Microsoft Proficiency
Diesel Repair Knowledge preferred
Driven and collaborative.
Team player
