Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Service Manager at our East Syracuse, NY location. With over 220 employees across 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Regularly communicate and report to the Service Director.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Maintain Peterbilt’s Platinum Service Center status.
- Keep customers informed about their truck’s status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays.
- Efficiently dispatch work orders to technicians.
- Review completed work orders, verify hours, and assess technician stories. Workflow management through Decisiv.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience with CDK and Decisiv preferred.
- Microsoft Proficiency
- Diesel Repair Knowledge
- Driven and collaborative.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
