General Description
Inside Maintenance Staff is under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualification Standards
· Entry Level
· Must be able to pass drug screen.
Work Schedule
· Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday.
· Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by department manager/director and/or general manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain the appearance of casino, inside and out.
* Pick up and empty all trash receptacle and ashtrays.
* Wipe down and clean machines.
* Dust all machines, signs & televisions.
· Clean and stock all restrooms and janitor closets with supplies and maintain throughout the day.
· Keep all maintenance equipment in working condition.
* Pick up trash and empty outside trash containers.
* Sweep sidewalks of trash and debris.
· Maintain a positive attitude.
· All duties are not listed, as this is only an overview of your duties, you will assist in other areas as the needed.
Physical Job Requirements
- Sit and/or stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with lunch break
- Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting, pulling and finger dexterity
- Move objects up to and exceeding 25lbs. with reasonable accommodations
- Casino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke; bright flashing lights; loud mechanical noises and crowds)
- No allergies to cleaning soaps detergents or other specified cleaning chemicals
