Summary : The Chief Technology Officer will drive information technology and business applications at a strategic level across the organization. The CTO will partner with the other executive leaders to develop and implement the technology vision and strategy for Lucky Strike Entertainment. The CTO will be a big picture thinker who has a good understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to leverage appropriate solutions to improve operational efficiencies and / or enhance customer experience. The ideal individual will be a roll-up their sleeves leader that can balance a fast-paced environment with long-term planning. The CTO must currently reside or be willing to relocate to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale area. This role will require travel to Richmond, Virginia occasionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Business Review
360 independent locations using PAR Technology POS and Microsoft Dynamics transaction CRM
Responsible for the hiring, training, development, and supervision of staff
Develops and executes a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
Identifies emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our organization.
Oversees the management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the growing demands of our organization.
Leads efforts to collect, analyze, and leverage data to make informed decisions, improve customer and employee experience, and drive research and innovation.
Champions behaviors that inspire cohesiveness and moving the organization to reach a shared vision.
Develops and manages the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact while ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.
