Key Responsibilities:
- Turn event inquiries into booked events by responding promptly and effectively communicating the features and benefits of our venues.
- Master multiple locations, planning events across various properties while showcasing their unique features and benefits.
- Understand diverse event types, from corporate functions to birthday parties, and tailor solutions to meet each client's needs.
Achieve Success:
Exceed individual sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Stay Organized:
- Maintain a well-organized contact list and multiple venue information.
- Collaborate with our operations team, hosting Business Event Order (BEO) meetings, and work together to guarantee successful events.
Client Focus:
- Plan events, coordinate details, and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships before, during, and after events, focusing on retention efforts to encourage repeat business.
Flexible Work Environment:
Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
Team Player:
- Stay connected with the team through video calls for coaching sessions, daily meetings, or impromptu discussions.
- Engage with clients in person, showcasing enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
