Essential Duties:
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events.
- Plan events for multiple venues, learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties, and relay them effectively to your clients.
- Understand the unique needs of all types of events—from corporate functions to birthday parties to other social events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs.
- Be organized and on-site for operations team meetings, hosting BEO meetings, and working together to ensure every event is a success.
Career Requirements:
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during our busiest event-packed seasons.
- Stay connected with the rest of the team through regular video meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
