This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, overseeing the performance management process, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy enforcement.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $95,000-$107,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy
- Acts as a consultant/advisor for managers and employees regarding employee relations and performance issues through one-on-one, small group, and department meetings.
- Manages the performance evaluation program and succession planning to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
- Develops and implements management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state laws governing various aspects of human resources.
- Manages the discipline process and provides guidance on performance-related concerns.
- Implements and manages the ADA interactive process; advises on FMLA requirements in partnership with the third-party vendor.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs to promote compliance and understanding.
- Conducts investigations and responds to employee relations complaints, including EEOC case management.
- Leads employee and management training initiatives based on business needs.
- Responds to specific requests for training from leadership.
- Promotes ongoing learning and development to enhance workplace culture and compliance.
- Conducts exit interviews to determine causes of turnover and suggest retention strategies.
- Consults with and assists departments in new hire selection .
- Completes investigations of complaints and violations with appropriate follow-up .
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with high integrity and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and appreciation for diversity.
- Sales/marketing skills and profit/loss understanding (preferred for HRBP roles in business-centric environments).
- Requires travel 20% of the time.
- Requires the ability to work in an office and/or remotely.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Mi nimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Prior l abor relations experience.
