About the Role

Our Hybrid Event Sales Representatives are more than just good salespeople – they're talented experience-makers. They tirelessly engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage their pipelines, meet and tour with potential clients, and collaborate with our Operations Team to guarantee flawless execution of our guests' events.
Essential Duties:
- Respond to all event inquiries and turn those inquiries into booked events.
- Plan events for multiple venues while working in one of our beautiful locations.
- Learn the features and benefits of our distinctive properties and event options and relay them effectively to your clients.
- Understand the unique needs of all types of events from corporate functions to birthday parties to other social events.
- Meet individual sales KPIs and be the on-site contact for our operations team.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during our busiest event-packed seasons.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning.
- Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel.
- Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference.
