WHAT OUR EVENT HOSTS DO
Our event hosts are responsible for keeping our guests satisfied throughout the life-cycle of their event, exceeding expectations and anticipating needs like it was second nature. Multitasking is the name of the gameand if youre good at that, youll be great as our event host.
AN EVENT HOSTS DAY-TO-DAY
- Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an events start
- Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests
- Suggestively sell extensions (i.e., additional entertainment or food & beverage) to the pre-ordered event food, beverage, and / or experience package
- Coordinate the setup of all tables / areas / supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage
- Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure that all guest needs arent just met, but exceeded
- Assist the guest by helping program names into the scoring system, explaining safety precautions, and maybe even giving a quick bowling lesson (kidding, not kidding)

The approximate pay range for this position is $16.00-$20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
