As a key member of the Lucky Vitamin team, the Manufacturing Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process enhancements
• Train and mentor production staff on new equipment and procedures
• Investigate and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
• 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; prior leadership experience beneficial
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
