We’re growing—and we’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
As our Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of playground installation projects in Idaho. You will also manage freight and logistics across all active territories. Reporting to senior leadership, your focus will be on on-time delivery, project quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Order Management
- Lead pre-construction meetings with internal teams and clients
- Manage and update BuilderTrend project management software
- Confirm jobsite readiness
- Submit dig line requests and monitor responses
- Track and manage freight across Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule temporary field crews and subcontractors
- Arrange hotel reservations and equipment rentals
- Order concrete and schedule deliveries
- Coordinate supply-only freight deliveries with clients
Job Closeout & Customer Feedback
- Complete job closeout checklists
- Send customer surveys and warranties
- Schedule and send 1-year inspections and operations manuals (O&Ms)
Documentation & Delivery
- Organize and upload jobsite photos
- Track incoming freight and deliveries
- Create and maintain red and blue job folders
- Maintain Idaho freight documentation and spreadsheets
Permits & Compliance
- Submit building permits for canopy installations
- Ensure all documentation complies with local/state regulations
Additional Tasks
- Create project specs and add to job folders
- Write processes and procedures (P Ps)
- Submit missing parts requests and ID Labor Department documents
- Assist with internal facility/building maintenance
Who You Are
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts across different regions
- Experienced in construction, logistics, or field project management
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Proficient in BuilderTrend or similar project management tools (preferred)
