Role Overview
As a CFO Consultant, you will be responsible for strategic and tactical financial matters, including budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting. You will oversee client financial activities, maintain client relationships, support business decision-making, and assist with new client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and present financial statements
- Establish bookkeeping processes and oversee bookkeeper activities
- Forecast cash flow and profitability
- Align financial strategy with business goals
- Assist in strategic planning
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses
- Serve as a Lucrum ambassador by attending industry networking and client events
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA certification preferred, but not required (equivalent experience considered)
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience with increasing responsibility in multi-faceted financial direction and planning
- Experience in legal, compliance, auditing, and budgeting
- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate or higher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels
- High integrity and confidentiality standards
