Ropes Course Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety and operation of the Ropes Course
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Must pass and complete required site-specific safety training course according to RCI standards.
-Plans, directs, and supervise the ropes course program and activities
-Promotes and organizes ropes course activities for groups and special events
-Completes opening safety inspection of ropes course, harnesses, carabiners, ropes, helmets, and
other equipment. Maintains documentation of each daily inspection. Takes immediate action to
correct deficiencies and hazards
-Properly stores and maintains an accurate inventory of equipment and supplies; pulls damaged
equipment from use and follows written procedure for proper repair and/or destruction
-Assists in developing best practices, safety rules, and systems to protect guests and ropes course
staff
-Coordinates with other departments and personnel to develop and implement cost saving practices,
concepts to generate revenue, and positive publicity for the restaurant
Monitors and enforces monetary controls for the ropes course
-Supervises crew members.
-Attends certification and recertification courses as required. Ensures staff members are trained in
accordance with certification and company standards
