Your Role and Impact
As a CRO Specialist focusing on Landing Pages, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the digital journey for our clients, directly influencing our mission's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Landing Page Leadership: Lead the design and optimization of landing pages for all paid social campaigns, from wireframing to crafting compelling copy and gathering creative assets.
- Collaborative Creation: Work closely with our UI designers and developers to bring these landing pages to life, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also optimized for conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze the performance of landing pages, implementing new iterations for A/B testing to refine and enhance conversion rates.
- Funnel Optimization: Evaluate the entire eCommerce funnel, identifying and executing opportunities for conversion rate improvements across the board.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3 years in conversion rate optimization, specifically with a focus on landing pages and eCommerce funnels.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in wireframing tools, proficiency with Shopify, and experience with platforms like Unbounce, Leadpages, or similar.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability in using analytics tools to drive decisions and iterate on performance.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and bringing ideas to life.
Role Type & Requirements
- This is a full-time role (approximately 40 hours / week).
- Must work on Eastern Time (EST / EDT)
- Native English speaking or English proficiency level of C1 (Advanced)
