About the Role This role is responsible for overseeing domestic and international order fulfillment, optimizing logistics performance, and ensuring timely delivery across all retail, wholesale, and ecommerce channels. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate operational excellence, accountability, and ERP fluency.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment & Routing Manage daily routing of customer and wholesale orders between 3PLs, labs, and internal stakeholders. Oversee drop ship and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment via Shopify, Amazon, Target.com and other ecommerce hubs. Fulfill wholesale and Rx orders within service-level expectations. Coordinate with international freight partners for inbound shipments via Air, LCL, and FCL.
- ERP & Systems Management Operate across NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and vendor systems such as Walmart Retail Link, Lowe’s and Home Depot vendor portals Maintain real-time inventory visibility and shipping status across platforms. Ensure compliance with shipping windows, retailer routing guides, and vendor documentation standards.
- Inventory & Reporting Conduct monthly physical inventory checks. Issue weekly inventory and backlog reports to the sales and operations teams. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Returns & Process Control Lead return processing workflow including refurbishment, replacement shipments, and ecommerce coordination. Own compliance for shipping document preparation, transportation quoting, and carrier optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, customer service, and finance teams.
- Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Support Support invoicing of fulfilled orders, preparation of AR reports, and credit card processing for open accounts. Generate and issue billing statements to buying groups and retail partners.
Qualifications 5 years of logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience Hands-on experience with international freight logistics (Air/LCL/FCL) Prior use of NetSuite (or similar ERP), Shipstation, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central Familiarity with Retail Link and vendor compliance systems for big box retailers Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability in a deadline-driven environment Highly punctual, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
