Ludlow Elementary School is seeking an innovative and collaborative classroom teacher with the ability to provide a dynamic learning experience for all students to fill an elementary teacher vacancy beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. Ludlow Elementary School is committed to a multigrade classroom structure.
The ideal candidate will have
- Excellent teaching, organizational, planning, written and oral communication, and collaboration skills.
- A strong background in teaching literacy and mathematics.
- Classroom management and knowledge of current instructional best practices to effectively differentiate instruction.
- Strong knowledge of how to use assessment to provide student feedback and inform instruction.
- Knowledge of technology integration as learning and productivity tools.
- Student centered focus with a commitment to the success of all students, and ability to understand and teach to all learning styles.
- Deep understanding of social and emotional learning with the ability to create a trauma sensitive classroom.
Background Check Required.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold a valid VT Educator license with an Elementary Education endorsement (1-00)
