Monday - Thursday 5 : 00AM - 3 : 30PM Monday - Thursday 3 : 30PM - 2 : 00AM Ludlow uses E-Verify to verify eligibility to work in the United States. Summary To join materials together utilizing the proper welding technique to satisfy customer requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Read blueprints to determine correct process for welding product. Determine appropriate welding equipment and welding sequence. Weld components together to satisfy Customer Specifications. Validate weld integrity with non-destructive test. Report in ERP system accurate quantities completed. Measure final product to Customer blueprint Maintain clean and organized work area. Perform Daily / Weekly Preventative maintenance as assigned Performs other duties and responsibilities as apparent and / or assigned. Model the right behavior in terms of initiative, compliance, moral character (honor, integrity, and courage) and work ethic to create teamwork and mutual respect amongst employees. Build team spirit, pride, and camaraderie within team. Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous quality improvement in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Education and / or Experience Required : High school diploma or equivalent. Must have 3 to 5 years welding experience Blueprint reading. Weld symbols knowledge. Preferred : Metal fabrication experience. A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution. 4 years from accredited welding institution. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, product and component specifications, data sheets and procedure manuals. $18-$25 / hour. Pay range based on experience.
