What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at Ludlow Mount Holly Unified Union School District?
Mount Holly Elementary School is looking for an organized, dedicated professional to work as an interim teacher of Grades 5&6 starting as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate should have relevant teaching experience that demonstrates the following:
- Classroom management and instructional skills
- The use of formative assessment to provide student feedback and to adjust lesson delivery
- The use of technology to deliver teaching and learning
- Dedication to providing a safe and respectful learning environment
- Excellent teaching, organizational, planning, written and oral communication, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to the success of all students
- The ability to understand and teach to various learning styles
- The ability to effectively engage students.
Qualified candidates must hold or be eligible to hold a valid VT Educator license with an Elementary Education endorsement (1-00). Background check is required.
