POSITION:
Temporary Facilities Support Person
Part Time (Number of hours to be determined)
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position will work with the district Maintenance Team and Custodial teams at each of the district buildings to collect data on facilities related equipment for the purpose of building a database / inventory. The role will collect the details (such as manufacturers, model numbers, etc.) about equipment across our buildings and enter it into our database. That will involve scanning and uploading data and some manual entry.
The hours are flexible – both the number of hours and when during the day the work is done. The candidate hired and the Facilities Director will coordinate the hours and the work flow. The total number of hours will depend on how long it takes to collect the necessary data. Once we have collected the data, the role will have completed its function.
A candidate must have a familiarity with the district to execute the role successfully, including ideally prior relationships with staff and leaders and some familiarity with the district buildings as the person will be moving throughout the schools and interacting regularly with the maintenance team, custodians, and school and district leaders.
