What You’ll Do:
• Lead the day-to-day strategies and implementation of our marketing efforts across all channels both traditional and digital
• Source, develop and/or manage content to fuel our social machine
• Develop the narratives that support the business unit or brand story
• Manage complex projects in Monday.com
• Proactively develop marketing ideas for your clients
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, team members and leaders
What You’ve Done:
• You’re a marketing hero who always gets the job done on time and within budget, experience with Monday.com is ideal
• You’ve spent 5 years or more in Marketing on the client side or in the agency world
• You have a solid working knowledge of project management principles
• You are well versed in general marketing, with an emphasis toward digital, social and retail
• You’re strategic and thoughtful in your approach to solving complex marketing problems
• You have an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and still execute flawlessly
• You are a motivated, self-starter with an uncanny ability to remain calm under stress
• You have a sharp eye for detail and you love the creative ideation process
• You are a team player with exceptional written and oral communication skills
• You excel and thrive in a fast-paced, retail environment
