Responsibilities
- Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on shelves.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist with sales tracking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Responsible for keeping track of gas customers.
- Complete daily duties.
- Properly collects payment for all items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and managing inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
