What are the responsibilities and job description for the Agile Developer position at Lufburrow & Co?
The Agile Developer will create and manage all aspects of detailed software systems based upon documented requirements. They will add their unique expertise and input to multiple integrated software components and will provide guidance and insight towards team success
The Agile Developer will be responsible for the following duties:
Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features
Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories
Serve as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process being used on any particular project
Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries
Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers; analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
Front end, middle tier, back end, or full stack development focus
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (Telework by leadership approval)

Requirements:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level Clearance is required.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Nine years or more as a developer in programs and contracts of similar scope.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Annual salary ranges from $147,000 to $235,000. Depends on what level Agile Developer candidates qualify for. Salaries depend on labor category, years of experience, education, skills relevant to the position, and type of contract.
