Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
The Information System Security Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Hands on cybersecurity support for implementing and enforcing Information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation and systems for security accreditation
- Think outside the box to evolve and support the evaluation of security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information
- Propose, coordinate, implement, and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
- Develop and update the system security plan and other IA documentation
- Confidence to work on enterprise scale cybersecurity systems and drive positive impact
What You’ll Need:
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level Clearance is required to support this effort
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or other related field
- 4 years of additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Ten (10) years’ experience is required
- DoD 8570 IAM Level I is required
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: Annual salary ranges from $135,000 to $215,000. Salaries depend on labor category, years of experience, education, skills relevant to the position, and type of contract.
