Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the used car department, including inventory control and pricing strategies.
- Lead and train a team of sales associates to achieve individual and departmental sales goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote used car inventory.
- Engage in outbound sales activities, including cold calling potential customers to generate leads.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from each sale.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales performance, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications
