This Field Service Specialist will coordinate and expedite the flow work at our Deer Park Valves department to ensure the project is being managed successfully.
As a Field Specialist, You Will Be Responsible For
- Coordinating and oversees work at a field project site
- Providing quality service to the customer.
- Providing the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used.
- Coordinating and directs the activities of service operators.
- Coordinating the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
- May evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- Have a degree from an accredited university or college, or GED and 5 yrs of experience in mechanical field service onsite at a customer plant.
- Have good interpersonal skills, inclusive working style and able to effectively interface with all levels of organization and customers

- Working full time onsite hours in our Deer Park, Houston location with travel as needed
