What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flight Operations Agent position at Lufthansa Cargo AG?
Are you ready to be the backbone of efficient and safe flight operations? The Flight Operations Agent activities involve, among others :
- Calculation and planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM
- Cargo unload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight
- Prepares flight relevant documents (declarations, permits, etc.)
- Issuance of load sheet and completion of Notoc
- Check of all ULD’s (Unit Load Devices) for airworthiness
- Responsibility for aircraft and ramp safety
- Keeps up-to-date with all developments & changes regarding new procedures
- Fully cooperates with LCAG management, Cargo / Operations and warehouse staff
- Assists the supervisor in the GHA’s (Ground Handling Agents) ground operations activities
- Supervises, motivates, encourages, guides and evaluates the staff
- Takeover of additional tasks when is required
