As a Senior HR Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic HR guidance and advising on organizational structure
- Supporting managers on labor laws, compliance, and leadership responsibilities
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes
- Facilitating career planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Advising on personnel planning, considering strategic objectives and HR policies
- Overseeing transformations and change processes, ensuring effective implementation
- Managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
- Collaborating with HR consultants to align strategies and ensure business partner-oriented solutions
- All other duties as assigned or required

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- Master or equivalent or Bachelor (in combination with additional 2-3 years of relevant work experience) preferably in the field of Human Resources, Legal (labor law), Social Sciences or Business Administration
- 7 years of work experience in HR, ideally with international background
- Proven track record in managing change
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English required
- MS Office skills as user
