As the Manager Inorganic Growth (M&A), you will perform the following duties:
- Shape the growth strategy and value proposition to position Lufthansa Technik as the leader throughout the M&A process
- Gather market intelligence and conduct analysis on growth targets to initiate suitable actions for successful acquisition projects
- Proactively drive and work with the deal team on M&A milestones, including but not limited to: target evaluation, due diligence, negotiation, closing and integration
- Manage and collaborate with internal Stakeholder to ensure continued project support from the segment and central departments
- Conduct and establish a cost controlling as well as risk analyses and risk management reports for the workstream Inorganic growth and for each the respective growth targets
- All other duties as assigned or required

- Bachelor’s degree desirable

- 2-3 years of experience in project management required
- Fluency in English language required
