Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve revenue/yield targets, including NDC share, SAF sales, and premium share in Leisure Sales
- Develop expertise in Global Leisure Products (Cruise, Marine, HUM) and internal coordination for multi-market accounts
- Manage account performance reporting and CRM updates
- Develop and execute business plans, conduct progress reviews, and track market trends
- Ensure compliance with contracts and procedures via StarPartners.com
- Utilize LHG sales tools (Tableau, Cheetah, AI programs) and support new tool development
- Coordinate activities with AJV partners and evaluate account RFI submissions
- Support sales strategies, incentives, and marketing actions
- Address technical issues with MOC (ATPCO, NDC, GDS)
- Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desirable
- Minimum 3 years of business experience required; airline/cruise industry experience preferred
- Fluency in English required
- German skills desirable
- Strong knowledge of contracts, LH reservation system, sales tools, ticketing, and accounting processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and collaborate in diverse environments
- Customer-oriented with excellent judgment and business sense
- Must possess a legal permit to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
