Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Build relationships with premium customers and ensure personalized service
- Act as a customer care ambassador if assigned
- Ensure staff embodies product philosophy and service standards
- Conduct daily flight briefings and oversee supplier performance
- Monitor and optimize station processes, including flight operations and special services
- Support the Station Manager in handling conflicts and alternate airport operations
- Foster quality awareness and intervene in service shortcomings
- Oversee administrative tasks, audits, and cost control measures
- Ensure safety, security, and emergency response compliance
- Supervise staff, duty rosters, and training logistics
- Maintain communication with authorities, passengers, and internal teams
- Perform other tasks and/or projects, as assigned

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; college, bachelor’s, or master’s degree desirable
- 2-3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in ground operations
- Leadership experience required
- Fluency in English required; German/other languages desirable
- Knowledge of LHG operator specifics, other airlines, and airport procedures
- Training in Passenger Service, Aircraft Handling, Leadership, and Safety Management
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel formulas, and Campus-supported software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicts
- Legal work permit in the U.S. required; psychological assessment may apply
- Willingness to travel, work shifts/overtime, and lift up to 70 lbs.
- Exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and high-stress environments
