Your main tasks include, among others:
- Handle sales lead pipeline and respond to inquiries
- Prioritize and analyze sales leads from pre-qualified lists and databases
- Prepare and conduct sales calls using call scripts and templates
- Conduct welcome calls for new customers and document sales call outcomes
- Process converted sales leads in the CRM and review ongoing opportunities
- Activate and engage new corporate and agency accounts
- Monitor account activity and follow up on inactive accounts
- Identify corporate potential through database analysis
- Collaborate with Account Management on handovers and competition benchmarking
- Coordinate sales calls and manage an extended regional portfolio
- Participate in other duties as assigned

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:
- High school certificate or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- Professional experience and expert knowledge desirable
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking
- Excellent commercial mindset and negotiation skills
- Proactive, independent, and confident approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cooperation skills
