Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others :
- Lead strategic projects within the Component Services division in collaboration with top management and the Closed Loop Platform Americas project
- Develop strategic frameworks with a focus on North and South American markets for OEM business, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals
- Explore and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovative business models, working closely with internal teams and external partners to transform insights into actionable plans
- Lead and manage business partnerships, including cooperation and joint venture negotiations, fostering strategic co-operations that enhance ACS's market position
- Assist in evaluating and implementing potential takeovers of OEM aftermarket business
- All other duties as assigned or required
