We're seeking an experienced and strategic Ecommerce Director to lead our digital sales channels, drive revenue growth, and optimize customer experience.
- Owning and leading Lug's digital sales channels, ensuring optimal performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Overseeing branding, storytelling, and content to align with Lug's overall brand strategy.
- Leading site merchandising, product launches, promotions, and content updates to maximize revenue.
- Implementing and managing marketing campaigns to drive site traffic and sales.
- Managing and optimizing the Shopify Plus platform for site performance, scalability, security, and integrations.
- Optimizing CRO, personalization, and retention strategies.
- Developing and overseeing the DTC tech stack for seamless integration of Shopify, EDI, analytics tools, and third-party solutions.
- Analyzing site performance, KPIs, customer data, and user behavior to inform data-driven decisions.
- Ensuring a flawless UX/UI experience, collaborating with developers, designers, and marketers.
- Building and leading an ecommerce team or collaborating with existing teams.
- Accountable for Lug's digital P&L.
- Leading partnership initiatives, including affiliate programs, collaborations, and paid media campaigns.
