Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and leading Lug's digital sales channels to ensure optimal performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Developing and executing growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and AOV (average order value).
- Overseeing branding, storytelling, and content to align with Lug's overall brand strategy.
- Leading all site merchandising, product launches, promotions, and content updates to optimize revenue.
- Implementing and managing marketing campaigns to drive site traffic and sales.
Qualifications & Skill Sets:
- 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce leadership roles, ideally in DTC brands.
- Proven experience with Shopify Plus (or equivalent platforms) and deep knowledge of its ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email, SMS, and affiliates.
- Experience with CRO, UX/UI, personalization, and optimizing digital customer journeys.
