What You Will Do
- Support Transformational Change: Drive system connectivity, automation, process improvement, and efficiency to support key business priorities
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports and analyze employee-related data
- Data Visualization: Compile, report, and visualize compensation and payroll data
- Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure complete and accurate data across all systems
- Compliance Audits: Conduct regular audits and reporting for system and data compliance
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with Finance and Technology teams to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data presentations for data-driven decision-making
- Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent, proactively seeking ways to improve processes, systems, reporting, and data management
What You Bring
- HR Data Analytics Experience: Proven success in an HR data analytics role, preferably in a high-growth, multi-state environment
- System Integration Skills: Expertise in integrating payroll, HRIS, benefit systems, and other platforms for seamless data movement
- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Data Visualization Proficiency: Ability to use data visualization tools to present complex data and inform decision-making
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong auditing skills to ensure data integrity
- Project Management: Skilled in managing complex data and systems projects
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Pay Transparency
Targeted base compensation is $80,000 - $100,000 plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
