Job Overview
You are the compass guiding
sales teams in our high jewelry salons. Your
expertise

strategies will be paramount.

What You Will Do
Organize sales information and tailor sales strategies that feed the company's targets and data-driven sales philosophy
Work closely
with
Sales teams to
develop
individualized strategies on how
to connect with leads
convert prospects, and develop clients
through your
research
and data-analytics tools
driv
follow-up
Work closely with HQ teams to report on your market challenges and successes, learn from other teams, and
get the support your team needs
Recognize
patterns both on the individual and market level to be able to bring creative opportunities and ideas to the sales teams and salon directors
Proactively
methodically

new connection points
that uncover
additional
relationships
and maximize all aspects of our
market's
assets
Identify untapped opportunities for the sales team to target and elaborate on the plan to take action
Conduct market research on organizations, prospective businesses, and key opportunities
What You Bring to the Team
You are very organized and methodical in your approach to getting things done
You have experience in customer sales analysis, performance marketing, data reporting or a related field with the ability to translate an insight or data into a sales action
You can prioritize and effectively manage changes to those priorities
You understand sales, client relationship concepts, and luxury markets
Communication is the key to building trust and getting clarity on the objective. You are clear, concise, kind, and can communicate effectively with all types of people
