Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and cooking equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Properly handle and store food items in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in designated containers to maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning of dishes during service hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
Requirements
