Professional Server

Luigi's is a family owned and operated Italian Restaurant located on the historic downtown liberty square. We have been serving up our recipes for over 10 years and are looking to add some excellent team members so that we can maintain a strong team throughout our busy holiday season and beyond! We are open Tuesday-Saturday and are looking for someone available to work a minimum of 2 lunch shifts per week as well as week and weekend evenings! Holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve both food and beverage orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for guests
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Maintain clean establishment
• Complete server side work before, during and after each shift

Requirements

• Proven restaurant or customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage a fast paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible, Reliable and Trustworthy
• Daytime availability, at least two lunch shifts a week.
• Must be of age to prepare alcoholic beverages.
