Job Description
The ideal candidate is an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated sales professional. You will be tasked with making outbound calls to incoming leads and existing clients. You will also make cold calls from lead lists. Training will be provided along with regular support as you learn and grow within your role.
Salary: $40000.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Communicate with leads via phone, email, and text (through our system)
Quote leads in a timely and accurate manner.
Consistently and aggressively follow up with leads to close the sale.
Accurate Data entry in various platforms.
Work with internal departments to meet customers needs.
Provide excellent client sales experience.
Must meet monthly sales goals.
Work no less than 40 hours per week (excluding holidays).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years sales experience.
Insurance Sales experience preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Ability to learn new online systems.
Property & Casualty licensed. Willing to get licensed if not already licensed.
Salary : $40,000 - $75,000
