lujo bar is a small-batch manufacturing company specializing in handcrafted body care products. We are growing rapidly and looking for a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily production, streamline processes, and support our expansion into wholesale and direct-to-retail distribution.
Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in managing production, inventory, logistics, and team efficiency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while optimizing workflows for scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & Fulfillment: Oversee daily manufacturing, packaging, and order fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, coordinate raw material procurement, and manage vendor relationships.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline production and logistics.
- Team Leadership: Support a small team of production staff, ensuring clear communication and role clarity.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key operational metrics, such as production output, order fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years in operations, production coordination, or supply chain/logistics (experience in small-batch manufacturing, CPG, or skincare/beauty industry a plus).
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with inventory management software, order tracking systems, and basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
- Hands-On Approach: Comfortable working on the production floor and troubleshooting operational issues in real time.
