Property Manager of Client Apartments (Full Time Position)- The successful candidate will perform all property management responsibilities for all assigned apartment properties as detailed below. Working closely with TIL leadership to ensure that all property, municipal, regulatory and contractual requirements are met. Responsibilities include: managing lease renewals, maintain repairs/replacement of apartment amenities, managing contracts for ongoing services (trash removal, ect), identify and assess the needs for property repairs and maintenance on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities include a minimum of 2 years property management experience. Strong organizational and planning skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
