Position Overview:
We are looking for a WordPress Web Developer and SEO Specialist to join our team. This role involves building and maintaining WordPress websites using tools like Elementor, Envato Elements, and WP Forms. You will create and implement SEO-optimized content, manage ongoing updates, and ensure ADA compliance for accessibility. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can work independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor, Envato Elements, and other tools.
- Create and implement SEO-optimized content for web pages.
- Manage and maintain SEO best practices across all projects.
- Collaborate with clients on website development, including regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Analyze website traffic and performance metrics, applying data-driven insights to improve results.
- Generate monthly reports on website traffic and page performance.
- Ensure all websites meet ADA accessibility standards.
- Communicate effectively, problem-solve efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with WordPress, Elementor, and Envato Elements.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, with the ability to write and implement optimized content.
- Familiarity with ADA website accessibility standards.
