GRAPHIC DESIGNER - JOB DESCRIPTIONGraphic Designer Responsibilities : The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The Graphic Designer will help create design solutions for digital and print advertising campaigns, websites, retail, hospitality, and corporate communications. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Creative Manager.Graphic Designer duties will include, but are not limited to : Creativity : Imaginative and application of new ideas to assignmentsConsistency : Execute a clear vision for brand requirements and brand growthConceptualize : Meet on-brand mission and vision through layout and typographyWordsmith : Creation of compelling message and writingUX / UI design : Consumer focused design and functionResearch : Understand target audience, competitor evaluations and industry trendsExperience / Qualifications : BA / BS in Graphic Design or equivalent experienceTwo (2) years of related experienceStrong creative vision with an understanding of business objectivesExperience with a variety of software : Adobe CC Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign, WordPress, Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms and Project Management ToolsHours : The Graphic Designer is a full time position and works a minimum of 40 hours per weekSalary / Income : The Graphic Designer is an exempt, salaried position
