LIQGO SHIFT SUPERVISOR - JOB DESCRIPTION
LiqGo Shift Supervisor Responsibilities :
The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shift's performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all associates. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.
LiqGo Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Greet all customers
- Make sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Maintain stock and inventory using available tools and resources
- Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins
- Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Complete shift sheets and account for Cigarette & Lottery inventory
- Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premises
- Possess the ability to merchandise and keep records
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and employees
- Lead, train, motivate and develop team members
- Create positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is a full time position and can work up to 40 hours per week. Hours are not guaranteed. Open availability is required.
