Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage plumbing/hvac projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate project execution.
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and ProCore for project scheduling and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and project estimates to ensure accuracy.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Utilize Civil 3D for design purposes when necessary.
- Prepare reports on project status for stakeholders and address any issues that arise promptly.
Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices.
