Job Objective
Assist operations at ICE Headquarters as a ServiceNow Programmer/Developer
Responsibilities
- Application coding design and standards.
- Analyzes and studies complex system requirements.
- Designs software tools, support software reuse and domain analysis, and manage their implementation.
- Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
- Reviews existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience; or a master’s degree with three years of experience
Work Location
Remote (Local to the Washington D.C. area as on-site attendance is occasionally required)
