In 2020, property managers across the country were struggling to keep up with maintenance due to the labor shortage and supply chain disruptions. Enter Lula, whose vendor network and sourcing solutions provided relief for residents and managers all over. The issues that plagued the industry for years were all brought to light when the world shut down due to the pandemic. This disruption provided Lula with a path to reinvent property maintenance forever.

Once we found where we were most needed and fully committed to servicing rental properties, our core business skyrocketed. In the last 4 years, we've grown to over 70 employees, achieved exponential revenue growth, and expanded to 40 markets (and counting). Lula is rapidly expanding into new markets and is seeking to add talented professionals to our growing team.

Job Summary

Lula Smarter Property Maintenance Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead our partnership efforts and drive business growth through strategic collaborations. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive partnership strategies to expand our network, enhance our product offerings, and support revenue growth in the Proptech space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership management, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and execute high-value partnerships that align with our company's goals and target market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Lula's business objectives and growth goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology, reseller, and channel partners to extend the company's reach and capabilities in the Proptech space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the property management space
  • Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to integrate partnership initiatives and maximize value
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for joint offerings with partners
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to optimize the partnership portfolio
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities that can drive innovation and growth
  • Develop and manage partner enablement programs to ensure successful integration and utilization of Lula's solutions
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful partnership strategies, preferably in the Proptech or property management space
  • Strong understanding of the property management and Proptech ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
